Nikki Geneva® Return & Exchange Policy
We want you feeling confident and happy. This is the Nikki Geneva® style.
Nikki Geneva® always wants you to feel amazing, confident and beautiful in what you wear — but if something is not right, we will try to make it right for you. Whether you need a different size or you are just not feeling the merch, returning or exchanging is super simple at Nikki Geneva®. Thank you for choosing Nikki Geneva® — we are here to make every outfit feel like joy and elude confidence.
If you are not happy with your purchase, then you have 15 days from the ship date to return or exchange it.
If you opt in for store credit, then it is fast. Once we receive your return, we will send you a Nikki Geneva® E-Gift Card. There is a minimal wait, no expiration date.
If you prefer a refund, you can send it back and once your return is received, it will take 7 - 10 business days to process your refund.
If you need a different size of the same item, request an exchange within 5 days of the ship date. We will get you the right fit.
If the item is damaged or defective, reach out to us within 3 days of receiving it and include a picture of the issue. We do not charge a restocking fee if there was something wrong with the product when we shipped it.
If you have multiple orders, be mindful of the days to return or exchange. You can bundle returns into one box, but make sure you include a return slip and the invoice for each order.
Nikki Geneva® does not offer price adjustments.
If anything has a final sale, then the items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Make sure you double check your order before placing it. Your order cannot be changed after checkout. Once you check out, we can’t change, cancel or modify your order.
The colors and patterns are under disclaimers: lighting, screens, and dye lots can slightly change the look of colors and prints. Nikki Geneva® cannot help this and it is part of the printing process. In this case, it is not considered a defect.
If you are returning shoes of any kind, you must put the shoes in the shoe box and the shoe box in another box before you send it back to us. If the box has labels or any damage, the return will not be accepted.
