Once your order is placed, it typically takes 1–3 business days for Nikki Geneva® to get it packed up and ready to ship. Just a heads-up: once an order is placed, we are not able to make changes or cancellations to the order — so double-check all details before purchasing!

Standard (US): $7.95 - Arrives 5-8 business days after it
ships (order by 12:00 PM CT)
Priority: $20.00 - Arrives 4-5 business days
after it ships (order by 12:00 PM CT)
Express: $30.00 - Arrives 2-4 business days after
it ships (order by 12:00 PM CT)
Free Standard Shipping on orders over $79 (continental U.S. only — APOs excluded).
Orders placed after 12 PM CT on Friday will start processing
on Monday.
- We do not offer weekend or holiday deliveries at this time.
- Special delivery requests may incur extra charges.
- Shipping times aren’t guaranteed (especially for
personalized items or certain destinations).
- Second Day and Next Day shipping is not available for P.O.
Boxes.
Orders to Canada are charged based on their weight.
- All other international orders ship via DHL. Rates vary by
destination.
- DHL can’t deliver to P.O. Boxes — please use a street address.
- Customs fees, taxes, and duties are the customer’s
responsibility. Check with your local customs office if you need to.
If you notice you shipped your purchase to the wrong address, contact us ASAP. If you spot an error right after ordering, we will try to fix it. Though it is not guaranteed that changes can be made once an order is placed.
